Crossing: Dance Festival in Nine Theatre （2005）

Introduction

'Crossing' is the first contemporary dance festival hosted by Nine Theatre. The festival presents The Living Dance Studio from Beijing, Cie Willi Dorner from Austria and Emio Greco|PC from the Netherlands. The companies will perform five different pieces, including the world premiere of the Living Dance Studio's latest production: Report on 37.8. Besides the performances 'Crossing' also presents workshops and lectures.

The name of this contemporary dance festival "Crossing", encapsulates the crossing of life and performance; of reality and imagination; of different cultures, of dance, theatre, film, technology and different art mediums; and  -of course - we hope, the crossing and interaction with many different audiences.
